“The room was clean and everything was there that was needed. But it was on the ground floor and had a musky damp smell to it.”

“Great place to stay”

“The room was clean, staff was great. Seemed to be a shortage in parking, as we struggled to find a spot if we came in after dinner. The indoor pool was COLD, the room it was in was COLD. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed the 24/7 coffee in the lobby. We got in in the evening and was woken up at 4:25 for a tornado. Not the hotel's fault but I think it would have been something to let us know the procedure. We're from the south and we get tornados but aren't able to do anything about them so...

“I was bitten by bedbugs and personally observed them in the room. Due to the infestation, I had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night. Although the inn refunded my stay, I continue to suffer from allergic reactions caused by the bites. My greatest concern is that I may have unknowingly transported bedbugs to my home, resulting in additional stress, inconvenience, and potential expenses. It ruined our family trip.”

“Staff was nice. Breakfast was very poor, especially the coffee.”

“Place was a dump. My room looked like it had been previously broken into. The deadbolt was one that was added on & was difficult to work. The floors were filthy, with hair & dirt everywhere. I didn't ever touch the floor with my bare feet.”

“Air conditioning worked, it wasn’t real clean, ice machines on 1st floor didn’t work well and on 4th floor didn’t work at all. Breakfast wasn’t real good but was eatable, bathroom door wouldn’t latch, it was kinda noisy. It was a place to sleep, that’s what we were after.”

“Fantastic historic place. Comfy bed, lovely clawfoot bath, cheerful kind owner. Nothing super fancy, just a sweet place to stay for a good price with beautiful view of the river in charming town”

“Cleanest hotel and breakfast is wonderful! Also you can walk to the Ark Encounter via back gate access only 5 minute walk saves on paying for parking. Restaurants near by is Jalisto Mexican Restaurant portions are HUGE! Enjoyed our stay.”

“This road side very old motel in our opinion was not at all as advertised. And for Expeidia to have it listed is not acceptable. After deciding to not stay I've been charged $103.05 fee I would not have spent 2 nights there if they paid us! This needs to be resolved”

“The property was just as described! Great glamping experience and minutes away from athe Ark Encounter! Host was very easy to communicate with. Bath house was very clean! Really liked that they had towels, rags, and bath mats you could use. Would definitely visit again in the future!”

“It's a Motel 6 so don't be expecting too much. But it is sufficient for what we needed. It was very affordable, clean, good hot water for a bath, and a comfy enough bed. Hot coffee available in the mornings. Staff was always courteous and helpful.”

“The "included" breakfast was not worth $12.00. One ice machine was broken. The other one was out of ice.”
